Sam Mazeall draws on nearly two decades of experience, spanning insurance and collision roles, from analyzing estimates to leading training teams. Certified at the highest levels, Sam is driven by the belief that leadership comes from authentic connection, bold purpose, and wholehearted service to others. Through Patchwork Lionheart Collective, Sam brings together the essence of courage, vulnerability, discipline, and purpose, creating a space where growth, service, and lasting impact are at the core of every step.
Sam has spent his career doing what most people can’t: seeing the pattern in the noise. Whether it’s a broken process, a struggling team, or an individual who hasn’t yet discovered their own potential, Sam has an instinct for identifying exactly what’s missing and building the bridge to close the gap. He has designed training departments, built learning journeys from scratch, restructured teams, and developed curriculum that moves people from where they are to where they need to be; not just professionally, but personally.
Sam’s influence extends across every level of an organization. At Caliber Way, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s training department and development programs, creating systems and structures that continue to grow talent across multiple stages of progression. Samantha Holgate-Soto is a two time internationally recognized writer, storyteller, and brand consultant who helps people discover the story only they can tell—and bring it to life with clarity, creativity, and purpose. She partners with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and companies to uncover the heart of their brand and transform it into authentic, meaningful experiences that connect with people.
As Chief Creative Officer of Patchwork Lionheart Collective, Samantha leads the agency's creative vision while consulting on brand strategy, creative direction, storytelling, content development, and AI-powered innovation. Whether helping launch a new venture, refresh an established brand, or guide a creative campaign, she brings equal parts strategy, curiosity, and heart to every project.
With a background in film production, communications, branding, digital media, entrepreneurship, and multimedia storytelling, Samantha approaches creativity as both an art and a problem-solving tool. She enjoys helping clients find clarity, build confidence in their message, and create brands that feel genuine, memorable, and lasting.
An early adopter of artificial intelligence in the creative process, Samantha helps clients embrace emerging technology in thoughtful, practical ways; using AI to spark ideas, streamline workflows, and amplify creativity while keeping human connection at the center of every story.
